This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to PSV Global IT Solutions Pvt Ltd (“PSV Global”, “we”, “our”, “us”) may be eligible for a refund. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the terms detailed below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- The project has not been initiated after advance payment.
- The Client cancels the project before resource allocation begins.
- A major delay in project commencement occurs due to issues from PSV Global’s side.
- The delivered work does not match the agreed scope (subject to assessment and verification).
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds shall not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Once the project has started and resources have been allocated.
- If any portion of the project has been delivered.
- Client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide required data.
- Change in project scope or additions requested after commencement.
- Payments made for third-party tools, software, hosting, APIs, or licenses.
- Payments for consulting, audits, strategy sessions, or analysis work.
- Cancellation due to misunderstanding of features clearly stated in proposal.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the Client must:
- Send an email to support@psvglobal.com with a detailed reason for the refund request.
- Provide project name, invoice number, payment proof, and contact details.
- Allow up to 5–7 business days for evaluation.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. PSV Global is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
Milestone-Based Projects
For projects broken into milestones:
- Completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, may only cover the undelivered portion.
Subscription & Maintenance Services
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Maintenance plans
- Cloud hosting or server management fees
- Monitoring or support subscriptions
- Monthly or annual recurring services
Training, Consultation & Strategy Services
Payments made for:
- Training sessions
- Workshops
- Consultation hours
- Technical architecture or strategy planning
are non-refundable as they involve time-based expert allocation.
Termination of Project
A project may be terminated by PSV Global if the Client:
- Fails to make payments on time
- Violates Terms & Conditions
- Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Special Circumstances
Refund exceptions may be considered only at the discretion of PSV Global management based on documented evidence.
Changes to This Refund Policy
PSV Global reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
